Eligibility Criteria for Returns

 The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
 It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
 You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at mianinventionshatch@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
